With this vast knowledge of Real Estate, Home Inspections and Pest Inspections, Carmen is the clear choice when it comes to choosing a Realtor® to represent you in the transaction.

Outside of Real Estate, he is an active member of the Flagler County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, a Director with the Flagler Palm Coast Civic Association, a Director with the Flagler Emergency Services Volunteers and several state committees involving attainable workforce housing and homeowner private property rights.
Carmen was born and raised in Italy, so he brings to you the old world traditions of service, honor and respect. He moved to Palm Coast in 1989 from Garwood, New Jersey and enjoys the things that Flagler County and Palm Coast have to offer: Sunshine, Warmth, the Ocean, The Intracoastal Waterway, and an all around “Quality of Life”. It would be a pleasure for him to welcome you home and with his long time experience in this area, Carmen would be happy to share it with you in your search for your dream home here in “Paradise”!
