He is a sales specialist in the Flagler, East Volusia and the St. Johns County area to include Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach and St. Augustine. He specializes in Listings, Purchases and Tenant Placement in the ever growing Central Florida Market.
Mr. Bongiovanni is a full time Realtor® with Watson Realty Corp and has been licensed since 2006. Even though he is rather new in this profession, Carmen has been involved in the Real Estate business since 1989 when he moved to Palm Coast from New Jersey. He owned his own pest control company with which a major portion of the business was directly related to the Real Estate industry by doing inspections for Real Estate Transfers. He is still a licensed Certified Pest Control Operator in the state of Florida and frequently consults with a local home inspection company. With this vast knowledge of Real Estate, Home Inspections and Pest Inspections, Carmen is the clear choice when it comes to choosing a Realtor® to represent you in the transaction.
He has been very active in the Real Estate and political arena having been a past member of the Flagler Palm Coast Homebuilders Association, a past Director with the Flagler County Association of Realtors® and past chair of the Public Policy Committee at FCAR. Currently, he is vice chair of the Communication Committee, a member of the Public Policy, Professional Standards and Professional Development Committees. Outside of Real Estate, he is an active member of the Flagler County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, a Director with the Flagler Palm Coast Civic Association, a Director with the Flagler Emergency Services Volunteers and several state committees involving attainable workforce housing and homeowner private property rights.
Carmen was born and raised in Italy, so he brings to you the old world traditions of service, honor and respect. He moved to Palm Coast in 1989 from Garwood, New Jersey and enjoys the things that Flagler County and Palm Coast have to offer: Sunshine, Warmth, the Ocean, The Intracoastal Waterway, and an all around “Quality of Life”.
